The day is looming for the mass distribution that Tesla Motors has promised to its consumers. Along the way, Tesla Company affirmed the specs that will soon be integrated on the forthcoming Tesla Model 3 as well as the battery pack options. Also, notions of a fourth car is rising.

It appears that Tesla has made some progress in terms of the elements and the features that will soon be added on the new segment, which is the Tesla Model 3. The underlying features and specs for the Model 3 created much scrutiny for the firm particularly the battery pack option and the time frame for the distribution of the electric cars.

Given the fact that the company has gained much favor from the masses owing to the high demands, the company is also facing downtime regarding issues of distribution, consistency, efficiency and safety.   reports information pertaining to the battery that will empower Tesla Model 3 and the Model 3 will also feature a 60 kWh battery at such mark up cost of $190/kWh.

According to the same report, Tesla CEO Elon Musk stated that the base Model 3, is valued somewhere between $35,000 but there has not been any confirmation on the range and its energy capacity.

All the more, Tesla's Vice-President of Investor Relations, Jeff Evanson rebutted the analysis and speculations surrounding the cost of Tesla's battery pack. Evanson said that Tesla's battery pack cost is lower than the projections being rendered by analyst.

On a different note, this is not the only endeavor that Tesla aims to achieve.  reports that Tesla's CEO Elon Musk has given some future insights that the next model and segment that will follow Tesla Model 3's lead is less expensive and it will also showcase how Tesla has accomplished its goals and company visions.

"I'm super-excited about being able to produce a car that most people can afford. And there will be future cars that are even more affordable down the road. But, with something like the Model 3, it's designed such that roughly half the people will be able to afford the car. Then, with fourth generation and smaller cars, we'll ultimately be in the position where everyone will be able to afford the car," Musk said.

It stands out that Tesla is unveiling specs, battery pack options as well as releasing affirmations regarding the model 3 and the possible fourth new segment that will follow suit.
