The 2018 Suzuki GSX-S750 is a middleweight sportbike, which has an aggressive looking street bike. It has a distinctive feature, which Suzuki designers say that the superbike "express the fangs of a wild beast."

The superbike is powered by a 2K5-based GSX-R inline four, which meets the Euro 4 emissions regulations. It is well-designed that the crankcase highlights eight-hole to ten-hole long-nosed fuel injectors. It delivers finer atomization and reduces pumping loss.

According to , it has improved ventilation holes that are added to the bottom side of each cylinder in the crankcase. These holes help in reducing and pumping loss to assist in producing power and gain fuel economy.
